Anurag Rana
Anurag Rana
An alumna of NID Ahmedabad with over 30 years of experience, Anurag is a seasoned expert in rural product development and vocational training for marginalized communities. She advocates for an integrated model of economic growth that harmonizes contemporary design, market access, and eco-effective processes.
Throughout her career, Anurag has worked extensively with artisans across India—from the wool-producing regions of Himachal and Kashmir to the livestock sectors of Kerala and Karnataka—to bridge the gap between traditional craft and modern demand. Driven by the urgent need for better funding and infrastructure for these creators, she established Mon Ami Foundation. Under her leadership, the foundation focuses on scaling sustainable livelihoods, environmental stewardship, and healthcare initiatives. Her recent work includes empowering women in the Delhi-NCR region through the production of crochet toys, transforming local skill sets into viable, market-ready enterprises.

With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Amit is a strategic leader specializing in business transformation, P&L management, and the execution of complex corporate processes. An alumnus of NIT Kurukshetra, IIM Calcutta, and INSEAD, he has held senior sales and marketing positions, developing a profound expertise in scaling businesses from the ground up.
Driven by a commitment to social impact, Amit transitioned his corporate acumen to the philanthropic sector through the establishment of the Mon Ami Foundation. He now plays a pivotal role in the foundation’s operations, overseeing the strategic structuring, implementation, and rigorous monitoring of its social initiatives to ensure sustainable results.
